It looks like Ancestry.com is working on a "family health history project. The project is currently in "beta", but when released, the project will all you to connect medical conditions along with lifestyle and dietary choices to individuals in a private version of your family tree.
Ancestry will provide "expert information drawn from the most current research" on conditions that may effect you.
Their objective is to help you understand how you family health history may effect your personal health, and for you to learn steps that you can take to reduce your risks.
You will also be building an invaluable family health history for use by future generations (not only by your children, but your nieces and nephews, cousins, etc.).
