Ancient DNA Shows London's Diversity Since Beginning

Researchers are in the process of analyzing the DNA of 20,000 human remains stored at the Museum of London. Together with scientists at Durham University and McMaster University, researchers have already reconstructed the DNA of four (4) individuals.

It seems that, from the very time of the founding of London circa 43 CE, the city's residents were a mix of individuals from within Britain, elsewhere in the continent, around the Mediterranean, and North Africa.
